ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is applicable to all organizations, regardless of size, industry or nature of business. It is designed to be integrated into an organisation’s existing management processes and follows the same high-level structure as other ISO management system standards. GreenPlus Solutions uses the high-level structure that assists companies with either a full integrated QHSE management system or separate standalone systems.

Contractor Control
Controlling of all critical contractors that is working for our clients, this will include continuously monitoring and auditing of contractors to ensure that they are compliant to the relevant HSE requirements as per their scope of work. To obtain their HSE files and documentation to ensure compliance, this will include a letter of good standing, HSE files, checklists, appointments, induction records, HSE policies, risk assessments, all relevant plans etc.
Emergency Preparedness
We assist in creating evacuation plans, emergency procedures, identifying problem areas, co-ordinate evacuation drills, mock incidents to make it feel like a real-life scenario. Through effective emergency management, you can save people’s lives and save production downtime, that could occur.
HSE Accident / Incident Investigations
Facilitating accident/incident investigations to ensure that the root cause is discovered so that we can put preventative measure in place to ensure that it does not happen again. We also assist in reporting incidents to the compensation commissioner to ensure that everything gets done according to legislation. Doing it right and getting all final documentation could save your company from any civil lawsuits or unnecessary downtime.
HSE Construction Management
Handling of all your HSE construction needs according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and construction regulation. This will include fall protection plans, appointment letters, HSE files, company organograms, risk assessments, site visits, inspections, planned job observations, inductions, meetings, toolbox talks etc. We could also assist with registered safety officers for long- and short-term projects.
HSE Files
Developing of site-specific HSE files according to the scope of work and client’s HSE specifications to ensure that our clients comply with legislation to minimise liability of the company. An HSE file will consist of training requirements, appointments, company organogram, site organogram, checklists, emergency plans and a HSE plan to name a few.

Intranet based system which will run your whole management system in the cloud, this will include the management of non-conformances, legal audits, online risk management, documentation control, online checklist, forms, and incident management, etc.
Non-Conformance System
Managing your company’s non-conformances. Through an effective non-conformance system, we close all the gaps in the management system and therefore we continuously improve the management system, and our clients also close off their non-compliance in terms of legislative requirements. Effective non-conformance management can be difficult if interpreted incorrectly, we provide an easy-to-use system so that company performance can be increased.
Risk / Aspects Assessment
Conducting our clients risks & impacts through in-depth risk/impact assessment of the company’s operations, this will include all possible risks and impacts associated with the scope of work, rating of the risks and identifying control measures to control the risks in the workplace. This will also include a risk assessment methodology and the risk assessment procedure.
Tender Questionnaires
We assist with HSE requirements with regards to tenders, to ensure that our clients comply.
